Pink Party

It’s not every day as wedding professionals that we get to give back to the community. Monica, from Elan Event Studio, set out to accomplish just that. The Pink Party was a benefit to help fund cancer research and, as you can see in the photos, save the ta ta’s.

There were ton’s of sponsors and a guest speaker who was a breast cancer survivor. My personal favorite time of the night was when I got to taste vodka that had been soaking in strawberries for 5 days. Thanks again to everyone who gives back.

Tampa Garden Club

Jessica and Rob’s wedding went extremely smooth… despite the eminent rain. From start to finish Ideal Design Events handled the planning and decor. Great Job Guys! The pipe and drape made the room and the colors came together beautifully. Jessica and Rob, as I am sure you can tell, were super sweet and madly in love. It always helps when the couple you are shooting actually enjoys kissing and holding one another. The ceremony was held at Our Lady of Perpetual Hope in Ybor while the reception was at the Tampa Garden Club located right on Bayshore.

I have to post this image that Michael shot. I love it! It is amazing! I just wanted to say that my husband is an awesome photographer and we have amazing clients who will do whatever it takes to get the perfect shot. Even if that means going on to MacDill Air force Base.

Got the discs – the pictures are amazing!! We both just love them! We had so much fun looking through all of them – and man, are there a lot!!  Thank you so much!!  Buffy & Jen did such a good job!! Thank you so much for everything!  You all were a joy to work with!!

Jen and I shot this wedding together and had a blast doing it thank you for being so easy going and bending over backwards to make us feel welcome! Thank you also for the amazing compliment.

Intercontinental Tampa, FL

Ryan and Betsey were troupers. Michael and I were able to shoot this wedding together and had so much fun doing it. Despite the rain pouring down around us, this couple did not express a care in the world. They chose to have their ceremony in the atrium at the Intercontinental hotel in Tampa. It made for a very unique setting but even better, the glass ceiling prevented the rain from putting a damper on the day. Check out some of the amazing shots that we were able to get. Thank you Betsey and Ryan for putting up with all of the crazy things we had you do to accomplish the “perfect shot.” Robert from the Intercontinental, as always, helped to make the day go smooth (we secretly think he may be a super hero but he won’t admit it). La Vie en Rose did an outstanding job with not only the flowers but the arch and reception decor! Check out the day!

Katie and Alex were married at Town Manor. It is such a beautiful location and Amy and I fell  in love with it as we were shooting. We had the pleasure of working with wonderful vendors such as Artistic Media and Botanica and everyone worked together to make the event work smoothly. Katie and Alex are meant for one another and it was an honor to share  a part in their wedding day.

I know it has been a while since I have posted but it has been a bit busy for us lately. I was browsing through some images and found a shoot that Michael did last year at the beautiful Honeymoon Island. Ha ha… I can not believe that it is 2010 already! Take a peak…

Going on VACATION!

After shooting well over 100 weddings this year

we decided we all needed a break.

Life Long Studios will be closed from Dec 21st – Dec 28th.

Mike, Buffy & Trevin will be vacationing on Big Pine Key, FL.

Amy will be visiting family in Indiana.

Elizabeth is going to New York to be a real tourist.

We will be monitoring info@lifelongstudios.com once per day.

We are slammed with weddings from Dec 28th – Jan 1st so we will

be returning phone calls after Jan 1st.

Jenna & Jeff at the Don Cesar on St. Pete Beach

What an amazingly sweet and beautiful couple these two were. The location was the Don Cesar on St. Pete Beach, a beautiful reception location. Petals by Design did a stunning job with the flowers. Susan Sutherland from Just Marry helped keep the day and decor going smooth. Celebration Cakes, Ambassador Limousine & Sedan, and St. Mary Our Lady of Grace Church all helped to make Jeanna and Jeff’s day a special one!
